November 7, 2008 – 11:26 pmWe just finished an 11 month journey through Ephesians and have embarked on an in depth and critical look at Paul’s first letter (well second) to the Corinthians.
Starting by looking at Paul, his training, his life and the culture of this capital city, Corinth, we will take a deep look at one of the most controversial letters in the entire New Testament.
1 Corinthians holds the most famous text, chapter 13 on love as well as the most infamous text in chapter 14 dealing with spiritual gifts, order in worship and the role of women in the church.
